2. Description of Service

PrepWise is an AI-powered educational tool that generates practice questions for O-Level mathematics aligned with publicly available syllabi (including syllabus 4029). The Service is designed to:

• Generate exam-style practice questions
• Provide answer keys and marking schemes
• Save and organize question sets
• Export materials in PDF format

PrepWise does NOT:

• Provide official examination materials
• Guarantee exam success or specific outcomes
• Claim any affiliation with examination boards
• Use copyrighted examination questions

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

CRITICAL: All questions, answers, and content generated by PrepWise are created using artificial intelligence and may contain:

• Factual inaccuracies or errors
• Incorrect answers or solutions
• Unclear or ambiguous wording
• Mathematical or logical mistakes

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All generated content must be reviewed and verified before use
• You are solely responsible for validating accuracy
• PrepWise makes no warranties about content quality or accuracy
• Content is for practice and study purposes only

4. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

Independent Platform: PrepWise is independently developed and operated. Any mention of examination boards, curricula, or syllabi is:

• Purely descriptive and informational
• Not an endorsement or claim of affiliation
• Fair use for educational purposes

User Content: You retain ownership of question sets you generate. By using the Service, you grant PrepWise a limited license to store and display your content to provide the Service.

PrepWise Content: The PrepWise platform, design, code, and branding are owned by PrepWise and protected by intellectual property laws.

5. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Misrepresent PrepWise content as official examination materials
• Claim PrepWise is affiliated with examination boards
• Resell or redistribute generated content as a competing service
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data
• Attempt to bypass security or authentication measures

7. Subscription & Payment Terms

Free Tier: Limited question generation as specified on the website.

Pro Tier ($10/month):

• Unlimited question generation
• All topics and difficulty levels
• Save and organize sets
• Full feature access

Payment:

• Subscriptions billed monthly
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• No refunds for partial months
• Prices subject to change with notice

8. Service Availability & Changes

PrepWise is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Specific uptime or availability
• That all features will remain unchanged

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature
• Change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Perform maintenance without notice

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

PrepWise and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for:

• Academic outcomes, exam results, or grades
• Errors or inaccuracies in generated content
• Data loss or corruption
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid in the past 12 months

You use PrepWise entirely at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrepWise from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of generated content
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any claim that you misrepresented PrepWise content as official materials

11. Termination

By You: You may cancel your account at any time through account settings.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Misuse or abuse the Service

Upon termination:

• Your right to use PrepWise ceases immediately
• You remain liable for any fees owed
• We may delete your account data

12. Warranty Disclaimer

PREPWISE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

• Good-faith negotiation first
• Binding arbitration if negotiation fails
• Jurisdiction in Harare, Zimbabwe

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective:

• Immediately upon posting for non-material changes
• 30 days after notice for material changes

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PrepWise.
